I had a good stay, with location close to the Old City.

The location was super convenient. The apartments were incredibly organized with no issues from neighboring apartments. The bathroom was mind-blowingly good. The support provided was jaw-droppingly helpful and informative. There was even a video tutorial on how to remove the key. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and had a lift. Self check-in/check-out was efficient. We received all necessary information on the day of arrival. The overnight stay was comfortable and the city was easily accessible. We would happily stay again.

Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen in our unit was like a wizard's pantry, complete with all the necessary potions and spells to create culinary magic. We whipped up delicious meals, feeling like master chefs, while our friends gazed in amazement at our culinary prowess.

The room at Aju Hillel 14 was absolutely amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, which was super convenient for cooking our own meals. The flat-screen TV was great for relaxing and watching our favorite shows. The private bathroom with a shower was a nice touch, and the hairdryer came in handy. it felt like a cozy and comfortable home away from home.

One thing that I didn't particularly like was the tiled floors in the units. It made the room feel a bit cold and less cozy.

The rooms were well-kept and the location was perfect for easy access to everything in the area.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of this hotel. The vintage furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate throughout the property.

I would have preferred if the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice to have additional amenities or services specifically tailored for older individuals.

This relaxed apartment is a great place to stay, I really enjoyed it.

The location was fantastic, with shops, public transport, and attractions all within easy reach. The room itself was clean and had everything I needed, including a modern coffee machine and small fridge. It was like I was staying in a compact studio apartment. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any requests or questions. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and helpful staff.

I stayed at Aju Hillel for 9 days with my sister and we loved it. The hotel was impressively clean and smelled new and modern. The crew went above and beyond to fulfill all our needs, even available 24/7 on WhatsApp. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place for its great price and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at Aju Hillel 14! the apartment was clean and well, equipped, and the recent renovations made it feel modern and up to date. the self check, in and check, out process was efficient, and Aju provided all the necessary information in advance, which made our arrival seamless. the location was excellent, close to the old city, shops, and plenty of restaurants. It was also a plus that there was a lift available, as I was dealing with a knee injury. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness, which is not always common in other hotels we've stayed at in Israel. the staff, even though they were not physically present, were readily available via WhatsApp and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs.

We highly recommend Aju Hillel 14 and hope to stay there again in the future. Cons: Nothing could have been better.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the self check-in and check-out process, as well as the efficient communication via WhatsApp. the location was great, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the apartment was well-equipped and clean.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.
